Ingredients:
• 2 chicken breasts
• 2 tablespoons of oil
• 2 lemongrass sticks
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 4 small shallots
• 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 2 carrots
• 2 cucumbers
• 1 small red onion
• 2 tablespoons of oil

Instructions:
• In a blender, place all ingredients except the chicken and blend into a fine marinade.
• Cut the chicken into strips.
• Place the chicken in the marinade and let it rest in the refrigerator for 6 - 12 hours.
• Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
• Grill them for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
• Serve with raw vegetables.
